Zonetail Inc. has reported a delay in submitting its annual financial statements for 2023 and associated documents, missing the April 29, 2024 deadline. The delay is attributed to unforeseen issues in starting the audit process with MNP LLP, but the company is working to complete the filings by May 17, 2024. Zonetail is seeking a Management CTO to avoid a full issuer cease trade order and has assured they are not currently facing insolvency proceedings.
