Zonetail (TSE:ZONE) has released an update.

Zonetail Inc. has extended its private placement offering to raise up to $1,000,000 until October 2, 2024, aimed at funding major projects, sales initiatives, and general corporate purposes. The company is offering common shares at $0.02 each and may pay finder’s fees in cash and warrants. Funds raised will be allocated to various operational expenses, including technology enhancements and salaries.
