Zoetis Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing Gavin D.K. Hattersley to a newly added thirteenth seat, where he’ll contribute to the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. He’ll participate in the non-employee director compensation program and has entered into the company’s standard indemnification agreement.
