Zodiac Gold Inc. has struck a pivotal exclusivity agreement with private equity group Mable and Fable, securing a $2 million deposit to accelerate exploration activities on its Todi Project in West Africa. The investment demonstrates confidence in Zodiac Gold’s potential and supports the company’s vision to expand its resource base. Should the parties not reach a definitive agreement by the end of 2024, the deposit will be converted into Zodiac Gold shares.
