ZO Future Group announces an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 28 June 2024, to be held electronically, where shareholders will vote on a resolution concerning a lease agreement for properties in Cambodia. The EGM will also cover the approval of transactional caps for the next three years. Shareholders are advised to provide valid email addresses to participate in the e-Meeting and must ensure all transfer documents are lodged with the registrar by 24 June 2024 to be eligible to vote.
