ZKH Group Limited has announced changes to its board of directors and management team, with Ms. Shuangyi Chen resigning from her roles and Mr. Yang Liu, with a strong background in technology, being appointed as a director. The reshuffle, effective August 23, 2024, leaves the Board with six members, including two independent directors, and the audit committee with two members.
