ZK International Group Co., Ltd. has successfully closed a $5 million private placement, issuing over 3 million shares, with plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. Additionally, the company has been granted an extension by Nasdaq to regain compliance with continued listing rules after failing to file its annual report, with a new deadline set for June 7, 2024.
