Zinc of Ireland NL successfully raised approximately $1.036 million through its entitlement offer, with shareholders subscribing to 56% of the new shares offered. Despite not reaching the maximum subscription, the company has managed to issue 148 million new shares, with remaining shortfall shares to be placed by company directors.
