Zinc of Ireland NL has announced the launch of its Entitlement Offer, aiming to raise approximately $1.86 million to fund exploration activities on its high-grade zinc projects across Ireland, Canada, and Western Australia. The offer, available exclusively to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, issues new shares at $0.007 each, adhering to a one-for-one basis with the existing shares. This capital raising initiative is critical for the company’s exploration advancements and the offer period is set between September 10 and September 19, 2024.
