Zinc of Ireland NL is launching a non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $1.86 million by offering new shares at $0.007 each. Shareholders on record will have the opportunity to purchase one new share for every share they hold. The offer period is set to open on September 10, 2024, and will close on September 19, 2024.
