Zimtu Capital Sells Mining Claims for Cash and Shares

Zimtu Capital (TSE:ZC) has released an update.

Zimtu Capital Corp. has struck a deal to sell its Eagle Lake and Whitefish Lake mining claims in Ontario to Discovery Lithium Inc. for cash, shares, and future royalties. This agreement, which includes 2,923 mineral claims spanning over 61,000 hectares, is still pending regulatory approval and the fulfillment of certain conditions.
