Zimtu Capital Corp. has successfully completed the sale of Eagle Lake and Whitefish Lake mineral claims to Discovery Lithium Inc., receiving 2 million common shares and a 1% net smelter return royalty from future production. Additionally, a cash payment will follow within 180 days post-closing, and Discovery Lithium assumes certain obligations from previous agreements.
