ZIMI Ltd’s director Simon Charles Gerard has had a change in his indirect interest in the company, with the release of 1,343,750 ordinary fully paid shares from voluntary escrow on July 31, 2024. No additional securities were acquired or disposed of, and there was no change to the number of ordinary shares and options previously disclosed on January 18, 2024. This update is in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2 and the Corporations Act section 205G.
