ZIMI Ltd (AU:ZMM) has released an update.
Zimi Limited has announced a pro-rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $2.53 million by issuing new shares at $0.01 each. This offer, targeting eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, allows them to purchase two new shares for every one held, with additional shares available through a shortfall facility. The funds will be used for research and development, working capital and growth, partial payment to creditors, and covering the transaction costs.
