Zimi Limited has announced an Entitlement Offer to raise approximately $2.53 million through the issuance of up to 253.3 million new shares at a significant discount, inviting current shareholders to participate in a 2-for-1 pro rata basis. The offer provides both institutional and retail investors a chance to increase their investment at advantageous prices, with the additional option to trade their entitlements on the ASX.
