Zimi Limited (ASX: ZMM) has requested an immediate trading halt pending an announcement regarding the completion of the institutional component of its accelerated entitlement offer. The halt is expected to last until the beginning of normal trading on Friday, 23 August 2024, or until an announcement is made. Zimi has stated there are no other known reasons that would warrant the halt beyond the pending announcement.
