ZIMI Limited has announced a new proposal for an accelerated offer, aiming to issue a substantial number of 253,329,430 fully paid ordinary shares under the ASX security code ZMM. The offer is set to commence trading on an ex-rights basis from August 23, 2024, with the record date for the offer also on the same day, and the issue date for retail holders scheduled for October 8, 2024.
