Zimi Limited has announced a pro rata accelerated renounceable retail entitlement offer, providing eligible shareholders the opportunity to purchase two new shares for every share they own at $0.01 each. The offer, managed by Cerberus Australia Advisors, opens on August 29, 2024, and closes on September 26, 2024. Shareholders who fully exercise their rights may also apply for additional shares through the Shortfall Facility.
