Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. has announced the payment of a 2024 Interim Dividend to H Shareholders registered by the Record Date of 9 August 2024, with a withholding of 10% enterprise income tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders per Chinese tax laws. Resident enterprises wishing to avoid the withholding tax must submit relevant documents by 2 August 2024. Dividends for Hong Kong Stock Connect H Shareholders will be distributed in Renminbi and taxed at a 20% rate for individual investors.
