Zijin Mining Group Co. has announced the distribution of a final dividend for 2023, set at RMB 2 per 10 shares, to be paid to registered H Shareholders on June 28, 2024. The dividend will be distributed in Renminbi for Mainland China investors through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. The company will also handle the withholding and payment of enterprise and personal income taxes for non-resident shareholders in accordance with Chinese tax laws and relevant international tax treaties.
