As of July 1, 2024, ZIGUP PLC has announced its total voting rights stand at 225,838,449, a figure derived after accounting for its share capital and treasury-held shares. Shareholders can use this number to ascertain if they need to disclose changes in their stake as per the FCA’s rules. The company’s capital includes over 246 million ordinary shares and 1 million preference shares, the latter of which do not have voting rights.
