ZIGUP plc has announced the awarding of nil cost options to two of its executive directors under the Executive Performance Share Plan. Chief Executive Officer Martin Ward received 228,609 options, while Chief Financial Officer Philip Vincent was granted 147,653 options. These options are set to become exercisable after three years, contingent on performance conditions and continued service, followed by a two-year holding period post-vesting.
