Zicom Group Limited has issued a correction to their 2024 Full Year Statutory Report, noting an error on the shareholder information page, where Mr. Juat Koon Sim’s shareholdings were inaccurately reported due to an oversight in communication of his share sale. The updated information reflects that Mr. Sim is no longer a substantial shareholder, and an amended page 101 has been released to shareholders. The company has extended apologies for the mistake.
