ZICO Holdings Inc. has announced significant changes to its leadership structure, with Mr. Mohamed Nasser bin Ismail being appointed as the new Independent Chairman and taking on additional roles as Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Concurrently, Dr. Veerinderjeet Singh A/L Tejwant Singh has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, with these changes following the retirement of previous directors at the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting.
