Zibuyu Group Limited announces a leadership change with Mr. Hua Bingru stepping down as co-CEO but retaining his roles as the executive Director and Chairman, effective from 29 August 2024. Mr. Chen Caixiong, with extensive experience in supply chain management and a history of senior roles at notable fashion companies, is appointed as the new CEO and executive Director. The company expresses gratitude to Mr. Hua for his service and welcomes Mr. Chen in his new capacity.
