Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co has entered into a new financial services framework agreement with CRRC Finance, set to commence following the expiry of the current agreement on August 31, 2024. The new agreement will continue to provide the group with deposit and various other financial services. These transactions are considered non-exempt continuing connected transactions and are subject to specific reporting and review requirements but exempt from shareholder approval.
