Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co. has announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions at their 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and First Class Meeting of H Shareholders of 2024, with full attendance from shareholders. Changes to the board members and amendments to the Articles of Association were also confirmed, with no shareholders abstaining from the votes. The company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, oversaw the polling process.
