Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Gao Feng, an independent non-executive Director, effective from 31 July 2024, after almost six years of service. The company is now facing non-compliance issues with the requirements of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, due to the vacancies caused by Mr. Gao’s departure. They plan to rectify the situation by appointing new members and will make further announcements regarding these appointments.
