Zhongzheng International Company Limited has announced a special general meeting to discuss the approval of a significant asset disposal, which includes selling the entire issued share capital of Hong Kong Zhongzheng City Investment Limited to Mr. Lim Kim Chai. The deal will settle outstanding shareholder’s loans of HK$250 million via offset and will extend the repayment date of these loans to 2027. The transaction aims to streamline the company’s financials and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming meeting.
