Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) set for November 4, 2024, to discuss key resolutions including the acquisition of Lushi Zhongyuan County Bank Co., Ltd., and amendments to director and supervisor remuneration management. Shareholders must register by October 29 to attend and vote, with the bank’s register closing shortly thereafter. The EGM will also involve the authorization of the bank’s Chairman to handle the acquisition and merger processes.
