Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited has announced the postponement and rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially set for 28 May 2024, to 27 June 2024. During the rescheduled meeting, the company will seek approval for proposed amendments to its memorandum and articles of association, alongside other special resolutions. Shareholders are advised to use the revised form of proxy for the Postponed AGM enclosed with this notice.
