ZHONGTAI FUTURES Company Limited has proposed Ms. WANG Hui as a candidate for non-executive director, with her appointment to be voted on at the upcoming annual general meeting. Ms. Wang brings extensive human resources experience from Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., and if approved, will serve without remuneration for the duration of her term.
