ZHONGTAI FUTURES Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.14 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders will receive dividends in Hong Kong dollars at the rate of HKD 0.153 per 10 shares, using the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0962, with payments set to be disbursed on August 8, 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders are subject to a 10% withholding tax on the dividend amount.
