Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has entered into a finance lease agreement on August 29, 2024, where it will purchase and lease back assets worth RMB42 million from a semiconductor product testing service provider. Over a 24-month period, the lessee will make payments totaling RMB44.9 million, including interest. The deal, considered a discloseable transaction for the company, will be financed through its working capital and internal resources.
