Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has announced a new finance lease agreement with an independent third-party telecommunications infrastructure company. The deal, dated July 31, 2024, involves the company acquiring and leasing back telecommunications equipment over a 60-month period, with a total finance lease payment of RMB35,617,077. The agreement is considered a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules, due to the aggregation of transactions exceeding a 5% applicable percentage ratio.
