Ltd. has entered into a significant finance lease agreement with an unnamed lessee for automotive air conditioning production equipment, with a total lease payment of RMB88,556,887 over a 36-month period. The deal, which involves an initial transfer consideration of RMB80,000,000 for the leased assets, is classified as a discloseable transaction according to the Listing Rules, given that the applicable percentage ratio exceeds 5%. The agreement terms were based on arm’s length negotiations and market rates, and the transaction will be funded through the company’s working capital and internal resources.
