Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has announced the entry into several finance lease agreements where they will acquire and lease back assets to the lessees over a 24-month period. The latest agreements involve transfer considerations of RMB2,600,000 and RMB26,100,000, with total finance lease payments amounting to RMB2,800,014 and RMB28,107,835 respectively. These transactions are aggregated and disclosed as per regulatory requirements, due to the lessees being under common control and the combined percentage ratio exceeding 5% but staying below 25%.
