Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has announced the signing of a new Finance Lease Agreement IV, where the company will acquire production equipment from a lessee specializing in lithium battery anode material technology for RMB 40 million and lease it back to them for 18 months. The total finance lease payment will be RMB 41.86 million, which includes principal and interest. This transaction, which is part of a series of transactions over a 12-month period, is classed as a discloseable transaction due to the aggregation rules of the Listing Rules.
