Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has announced a new discloseable transaction, entering into a purchase agreement to acquire assets worth RMB52,800,000 and a subsequent finance lease agreement with payments totaling RMB55,333,265 over 60 months. These transactions are part of a series with connected lessees under the same ultimate beneficial owner, making it subject to certain Hong Kong Listing Rules due to the transaction size. The company plans to fund the transaction through its working capital and internal resources.
