Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has entered into a significant transaction involving the purchase of unmanned cleaning vehicle assets for RMB64,800,000 and a subsequent finance lease to a lessee for 36 months, with a total payment of RMB53,116,499. The transaction is considered discloseable as it exceeds the 5% threshold but remains under 25% according to the Listing Rules, and all parties involved are independent and transactions were negotiated at arm’s length.
