Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing Co., Ltd. has announced two significant finance lease transactions with related companies engaged in the production and sales of coating composite materials. The first agreement, completed in December 2023, and the second in September 2024, involve the acquisition and lease-back of assets totaling over 59 million RMB, with the latter transaction being classified as a discloseable transaction according to the Listing Rules due to its size.
