Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited has successfully completed the issuance of new shares, resulting in approximately 16.67% increase in issued share capital and netting HK$19,384,000 after expenses. This capital will chiefly fund the expansion of longevity science and biomedical trading businesses, with a portion allocated to general working capital. The subscription has also shifted the company’s shareholding structure, with new substantial public shareholders emerging post-completion.
