Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. HUANG Jiang as an independent non-executive Director, following the resignation of Mr. WANG Ning, who left to pursue personal business commitments. Mr. HUANG, with a diverse background in investment and enterprise management, also takes over as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of several board committees. His initial term is for three years, and his director’s fee is set at HK$20,000 per month, subject to conditions including market trends and responsibilities.
