Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group has formed a joint venture in mainland China between its wholly owned unit Shenzhen Zhong Ji Health Science and Guangdong Liangjingjing Technology, a specialist in AI-based eye health founded in 2023. Zhong Ji Health will hold 51% and Liangjingjing 49%, with initial registered capital of RMB1 million funded from internal resources and used as working capital.
The new venture will develop and deliver AI-powered vision health and longevity products and services worldwide, aiming to build what the partners describe as the world’s first AI-plus vision health ecosystem platform. Management positions the move as a strategic expansion within the fast-growing longevity science market, leveraging Liangjingjing’s advanced AI and optic nerve technologies to strengthen the group’s capabilities and capture rising demand for preventive health and quality aging solutions.
