Zhihu, Inc. Class A (HK:2390) has released an update.

Zhihu Inc. has announced the record date for its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) as September 23, 2024, for Class A and Class B Ordinary Shareholders, and provides details on the eligibility and process for shareholders to vote and attend the EGM. ADS holders, represented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, may attend but not vote at the EGM; however, they can give voting instructions to the Depositary for the Class A Ordinary Shares represented by their ADSs. Further details on the EGM will be provided to eligible Share and ADS holders in due course.
