Zhihu Inc. Sets AGM Eligibility Date for Shareholders

Zhihu, Inc. (ZH) has released an update.

Zhihu Inc. has announced the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at their upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) as May 24, 2024. Shareholders must lodge valid transfer documents by specific times in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands to attend and vote. American depositary share (ADS) holders can instruct the depositary on voting but cannot vote in person at the AGM.
