Zhihu Inc. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 26, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority votes from its shareholders. The AGM saw a high voter turnout, with Class A and Class B ordinary shares collectively contributing to the approval of key resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements and the re-election of executive and non-executive directors.
