China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. Wong Tin Yau Kelvin, an independent non-executive Director and the chairman of the audit and remuneration committees, due to his need to focus on other business and personal commitments. The company is now seeking a replacement to comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules, as his departure left them short of the required number of independent non-executive directors.
