Zheneng Jinjiang Secures Refinanced Loan Deal

Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Co., Ltd. (SG:BWM) has released an update.

Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Co., Ltd. has successfully refinanced its RMB 540,000,000 loan facility, originally secured with an interest rate of 3.65%, with a new agreement featuring a reduced interest rate of 3.30%. The full repayment of the previous loan, including all accrued interest, was completed by the group ahead of the maturity date, strengthening the company’s working capital position. The new facility, part of a larger credit line obtained from Zheneng Finance, is expected to be repaid within 12 months from the drawdown dates.
