The error pertains to the incorrect surname of Mr. Min Haitao, a candidate for independent non-executive Director, which was mistakenly listed as Mr. Oh in the AGM-related materials. The company asserts that aside from this correction, all other details in the documents remain valid and should be read in conjunction with this clarification.
